After participants have attended Opening Doors they return to their organizations with the foundation to initiate or support an existing effort to create partnership. The Opening Doors Diversity Project staff supports the development of awareness and skills to benefit from diversity and increase performance. The services offered include:

...The training... serves to best address the long-term systemic change process. Personally, I have found no better tool to accomplish this level of understanding on these issues than Opening Doors.
