Our OrganizationThe Diversity Project provides long-term support to organizations committed to integrating partnership ideals into the organizations. Organizational focus includes policies, practices and procedures and program design and implementation. The services include comprehensive consultation around diversity management, organizational development, change management and strategic planning. The research based frameworks that inform these services are based upon oppression theory, social identity development, organizational development, change management, multicultural education, second language acquisition, interpretation, and translation.
